REDLINE Band Blog: Redline's debut London show

With their eagerly awaited record, Trapped Inside, NZ rock band Redline establishes itself as one of New Zealand's most progressive metal rock music bands. Success came quickly for the band who have already performed alongside Disturbed, P.O.D, Alter Bridge and Evanescence, played at the inaugural Metal Day Out Festival, as well as supporting Blindspott and The Bleeders.

Their video for Time After Time was also nominated for best independent music video at the 2005 Juice TV Music Awards.

Redline's debut London show

Redline will play their debut London show on 4 June! It's been a long time coming but the moment is finally drawing nearer and I'm getting excited to hit the stage again.

Unfortunately due to a severe knee condition he has suffered, Nick has had to return to NZ. We're hoping he'll back on form soon, we're getting a fill in to help us out with the show in the meantime.

London show details are as follows:

Start Time: Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 7:00pm, onstage 8.10pm-8.40pm
Location: Sound (Formerly Marquee Club)
Street: 1 Leicester Square
City/Town: London, United Kingdom

With Of the I and Killing Cupid.

Tickets £6 pre sale or £8 on the door, available from the band or online at http://www.ticketweb.co.uk/

A superb music event featuring some of the UK's finest underground artists currently attracting music industry attention.

Artist previews at HTTP://WWW.FEEDMEMUSIC.CO.UK. Ticket also includes access to the aftershow club until 3am.

...What about now?, Ya'll finished scoffing your faces?, stomaches settled yet?...

I'll refrain...for now. But there is a very good(/bad?) reason why I've had to return home, and it's an ugly one! It's been screened by local doctors here and will have it operated on, on the 10th July.

So!, ya'll out there better wish Chris a safe trip over to London, I'm positive he'll snap MANY(!) a pic for your viewing pleasure, and remember to throw ya goats for redline on the 4th(5th for you "locals")!!

You kinda don't wanna see, it's honestly pretty gross. I touched the thing and I couldn't sleep for days!

I'm thankful I haven't got up close and personal with Nick's knee like Craig has, I'm sure it would give me nightmares too!
